SAP and other ERP systems are built to be robust, not to provide an overview. For requesters, warehouse staff and management, this often means the information exists but isn't visible, and communication around each order happens outside the system. Orderbase is our answer to that: an order and warehouse platform that brings the flow together in one place, updates in real time and is as easy to understand for the person placing the order as for the person picking it.

Orderbase doesn't replace your ERP or your WMS. It makes them understandable and useful for everyone involved in the flow.

The result of two areas of expertise in the same room

Orderbase has grown out of close collaboration between our logistics department and our data team. Our logistics consultants have been on the warehouse floor and seen where the flow gets stuck. The data team has turned that into a tool people actually use. This combination has let us go from problem to working solution quickly, and keep adjusting based on real usage rather than assumptions.

The platform is live and in daily use. The foundation is generic and solves challenges most operations with a warehouse and an ERP system at the core will recognise. On top of it, flows, views and rules are tailored to each operation's specific needs.
